Cancellation Policy

Due to the amount of last minute cancellations, rescheduling, and no shows we are initiating a new cancellation and rescheduling policy. This policy is for both new clients as well as established clients. 

All permanent makeup appointments will require a 48 hour notice of cancellation/rescheduling. In addition, a $50 dollar deposit will be REQUIRED to hold all permanent makeup appointments. Deposits will then be credited towards your completed procedure(s). Deposits are refundable if cancellation is prior to the 48 hour notice, all deposits for clients rescheduling prior to the 48 hour notice will be applied to the new rescheduled appointment. 

We perform courtesy reminder calls 1-2 business days ahead of appointments. However, it is ultimately the client's responsibility to keep their appointment and cancel/reschedule within the required time frame. 

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we move forward with this new policy.
