Before and After Care Instructions

Know before you go...

  • Wear your makeup to your appointment. This gives Tamra an idea of what you do on a daily basis and helps guide which direction she will go with your permanent makeup.

  • You will need to be off ANY lash growth products for a minimum of 4 weeks before you scheduled eyeliner appointment.

  • Lash extensions also need to be removed before any eyeliner appointment.

  • Remove contacts before procedure. Bring eyeglasses if vision is impaired without contacts, you will not be able to put contacts back in for a minimum of 3 days.

  • Avoid any medications that can be a blood thinner such as Aspirin, Advil, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Vitamin E or Essential Fatty Acids. If you are on prescribed blood thinners, please let us know. Be advised: due to the blood thinners you are more likely to bruise, however we DO NOT suggest stopping ANY prescribed medications.

  • ANTI-VIRAL (ie. Valtrex or Acyclovir) is required for all Lip appointments if you have ever had a cold sore. We suggest a minimum of 1,000mg/day for 7 days. You will take the medication 3 days before, the day of, and 3 days after. It is a prescription medication that you will need to get from your doctor or dentist.
